The Tru72 service-call fee is $72. That covers a real diagnostic by a certified technician, with measurements and a written finding. If you approve the repair, the $72 is credited toward the work, so you're not paying twice. Mission Ready Plan members (first responders, teachers, and military) pay $39.

A certified Tru72 technician arrives in a marked truck and walks the system with you first, so the conversation starts with what you're experiencing. Then the diagnostic runs on real instruments: refrigerant pressures and temperatures, electrical readings on motors and capacitors, airflow and static pressure on ductwork, combustion analysis on gas appliances. When the data tells us where the real problem is, we explain the finding in plain English, write up the repair options with prices, and you decide what to do next. No upsell pressure. No "while we're here" add-ons that weren't measured.

Same-day and next-day appointments are available across most of our service area when you call before 2 p.m. For genuine emergencies, no heat in winter, no cooling during a heat advisory, gas smell, carbon monoxide alarm, we dispatch a real technician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
