Customer Reviews · Albany & the Mid-Willamette Valley
Here's what your friends and neighbors have to say.
Every Tru72 review is from a real customer in Albany or the Mid-Willamette Valley. We aggregate them from Google, Facebook, Yelp, Angi, and BBB, then publish them here without filtering or curating. The diagnostic-first method shows up in the reviews the same way it shows up on the truck: the numbers tell the story.

The method shows up in the reviews.
What we do before, during, and after every job. The same diagnostic-first method that rides out of the Albany shop is the thing the reviews keep describing. Every step is auditable. Every step matters. Every step is why hundreds of Mid-Willamette Valley homeowners trust us with the comfort of their home.
Before the visit — real arrival times
You get a tech name, a photo, and a real ETA. No "between 8 and 4" windows. We respect the time you took off work.
During the visit — numbers on paper
Manual J calc. Static pressure. Combustion analysis. Whatever the job needed, you get the readings, not just the verdict.
Before the install — a plain-English plan
Options ranked by what fits your home, your budget, and your comfort goals. No hard sell. No pressure to upgrade.
After the job — one follow-up
A real call from the office. Did the install solve the problem? Is anything not quite right? We'd rather fix it now than read about it later.

Questions about our reviews.
What homeowners want to know about the rating.
Where do the reviews on this page come from?
They are verified customer reviews pulled from Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, Angi and the Better Business Bureau, and gathered here by the reviews widget. Nobody at Tru72 writes a testimonial, and nobody at Tru72 decides which ones the page is allowed to show. If a review is on this page, an Albany-area customer wrote it.
How does the Albany office ask for reviews?
When a service call or an install is finished, one email and one text go out with a single link, and you pick whichever platform you already use. We do not screen for happy customers first, we do not offer anything in exchange, and we do not send a second round to people who stayed quiet. Asking for the real number is the whole method; a review is the same rule pointed at us.
Something on my job went wrong. What should I do?
Call (541) 652-6299 before you write anything. The Albany office at 815-A SE 1st Ave E would far rather send someone back out than read about the problem later, and a job that was not right is a job we still owe you. A review written after we have fixed it is more use to the next homeowner anyway.
Is Tru72 BBB accredited?
No. BBB accreditation is something a business pays the Better Business Bureau for, and we do not. What Tru72 does have on BBB is a customer rating, and those customer reviews feed the aggregate figure shown above. The distinction is worth keeping straight: accreditation is bought, a rating is earned.
Why is there no exact review count on this page?
Because it would be out of date by the weekend. Printing a count today makes the page look careless the moment the next review lands, so the copy says "hundreds", which stays true. The live widget above carries the current number, straight from the platforms.
Does anyone at Tru72 actually reply?
Every review gets a written reply from a person on the Albany team, not a template and not a bot. Five stars get a thank-you. One star gets a phone call and an attempt to put it right. Both get answered.
Let the next review be yours.
The reviews are the proof. The diagnostic-first method is the cause. Schedule a service visit, a Manual J load calculation, or a no-pressure replacement estimate.
